When you're out and about just think like a penguin to avoid slipping! Keep your hands out of pockets, bend forward slightly and keep your knees loose to keep your centre of gravity above your feet. Turn your feet out slightly and take slow, wide, careful steps. It also helps to watch where you're stepping! Remember if you do take a tumble we're here to check you over!

I don’t think I went over 15 mph on my ride to work today. And no higher than mph on the little side roads which I have to negotiate before getting to an actual main road … where I could see actual tarmac.
