Mimi Parker sadly passed on the 5th November. I missed the earliest Low records, but Trust came out just after I started as a sculpture student at Northumbria University. My classmate Chris McSherry played it on repeat. Trust was sometimes dramatic, often starkly minimal beyond anything I'd heard before, and very often beautiful, if inconsistent.
