Doing some digging it looks like other folks also reported issues like this. I'm just not sure if we were watching the updated version or not. the audio seems like it was quiet and the dialog wasn’t very pronounced.

Gwen at the beginning of the movie I could t quite figure out what she was saying. Some parts of it even had echo.

It took a while to understand what was going on in it and the Art style with having over 1000 different artists involved with their own unique style had many of the scenes jumping from one style to the next even during the same scene. Overall, the movie was very fun and I really enjoyed the story.
