I’d anything #HaloInfinite ’s Forge is a development tool to let fans recreate almost any game within Halo. Portals now and #Splitgate later. The only problem is that Splitgate is more stable and less buggy than Halo Infinite. #gaming

One of the games I'm most looking forward to is the Splitgate followup from 1047 Games. In w rold where #Halo is on shaky ground and arena shooters are few and far between this could potentially be a saviour. #gaming #HaloInfinite #Splitgate

This is probably an #unpopularopinion but I like #haloinfinite a lot and I spend zero time worrying about its future because if Halo dies something else will take it’s place, look at how awesome #Splitgate is, that’s proof that great arena shooters don’t have to be a Halo game.

Honestly #splitgate is an excellent game and should get much more love. Also, it’s been #linux native from the beginning. Absolute homies. I should start streaming it on Linux.

Dang it! Spent a while trying to figure out why Splitgate didn't work on Steam Deck, dealt with Valve support, found a solution online, and edited the config file... It works!!!!

Damn it! Splitgate doesn't support cross-progression and my only incentive was to make progress on it when on the move... No Splitgate then. #gaming #steamdeck #Splitgate

man i'm supposed to sleep right now but this bullshit is keeping me awake.

a video game i play a lot is #splitgate. it's an arena shooter (yes, like halo!) with portals (yes, like portal!). the devs just came out with a huge update and a new season, battlepass, ui refresh, all that good stuff. given that the release date was june 2, i was half hoping for some rainbowy stuff. you know, because of #pride month. an empty gesture by a team of cishet white men. just the thing i need.

of course i was disappointed. so i voiced my disappointment with a thread in the game's subreddit. said thread might reach the top spot when you sort by controversial/all time like, real soon. i also think it's getting brigaded from somewhere because Default-Name2783 kind of accounts are breaking their year long silence on reddit just for this occasion. some highlights below.
