When my daughter was in High School, she was pretty good at volleyball
And hanging around, as parents do, I learned to my astonishment that their is in this country an #epidemic - not hyperbole - of #sports #injuries among #children
truly an epidemic and I suspect our grandkids are going to say:
what the hell was wrong with you, it was like you let our bodies get destroyed !!

Ballet is one of the worst offenders in this regard
