Puh, der #Streik scheint einigen Autofahrys ganz schön aufs Gemüt geschlagen zu haben, wobei sie ihrem Frust u.a. durch knappe Überholmanöver bei Radfahrys Luft verschafften. So oft wie heute bin ich lange nicht mehr bedrängt worden.

Daher möchte ich besonders dem Fahrer des Müllwagens der #SRD danken, der mir auf dem größten Teil des Terrassenufers den Rücken frei gehalten hat und erst überholt hat, als genug Platz da war!

It is interesting that in the SRD just published into the Creative Commons, there are two mentions of Beholders and at least one mention of Mind Flayers.

Stat blocks for neither are provided in the SRD itself.

I am no IP attorney, but this says to me that I would be within my rights to make my own Mind Flayer and Beholder and so long as they are creatively distinct, Wizards has no leg to stand on even if I used those exact names.

Wizards of the Coast has released the Systems Reference Document (SRD) 5.1 under a “CC-BY-4.0" license and is "leaving OGL 1.0a in place." While the post mentions that the SRD 5.1 CC decision is irrevocable, there is no indication that the OGL1.0a will be, which may still concern some content creators.

1/ please remember to make the TEXT of your license CC-BY or something that make the license entirely out of your hands
2/ WORK TOGETHER to build ONE standard
