Hey, I just found out that yesterday (11.11) is "Columns Day" So here are some of my favourite basalt columns - the island of Am Buachaille (the Herdsman) just beside Staffa. Great trip out there recently with Turus Mara from Ulva Ferry. #basalt #columns #staffa #geology
