Franklin County School Board, asking the #Supreme_Court of Virginia to #strike_down a local #school_board_policy that places #unlawful requirements on #homeschooling_families.
The court’s decision could have repercussions for all Virginia homeschoolers—as well as homeschoolers across the country.
