Given the Swiss experience with mandatory human rights due diligence, this sounds like someone bragging that they ensured arms companies can continue parties engaged in IHL/IHRL violations, banks can finance apartheid South Africa or hide & protect Nazi loot, & cement companies can finance ISIS...
