#Farlight84 is super satisfying when a team really works together! This randomly assigned bunch felt connected, we felt in sync, we knew what everyone was up to and collaborated perfectly even though comms were off :)

Finished up #SpidermanRemastered tonight. I did end up running up against some bad bugs, but when I looked it up there were Reddit and Steam Community discussions about the memory leak issues. Not a #SteamDeck problem, but a PC port problem. I liked the DLC story and am excited to play #MilesMorales for the first time. I played just the base game on #PS4.

Maybe this time I'll try #RemotePlay and/or Moonlight. See what my main PC can do despite it being a couple years old now.

Pro-tip for the #steamdeck folks:

Gyromancer.

Says it's unsupported, but install it, then go into it's steam settings and set resolution to 1280x720 and you should be good to go.

It plays fantastic, button mapped from the jump and makes a 2009 game feel -Brand Spankin' New-

The pacing in #FaeFarm is all over the place, chapters one and two were over in a blink, I spent forever in chapter three and now chapter four was over super fast again. 😅

Don't know if it is because I'm on a #SteamDeck and there's still some bugs to be worked out (it's been running great though!), but I often feel like I missed something or a dialogue didn't pop up because suddenly there's all these new options and I have no real idea why. 🤣

Still having a good time for now though! 😊

Ugh, I hate data caps and #Steam is refusing to do local file transfers from my #SteamDeck I've already checked my router/AP to ensure that nothing is getting blocked but nothing seems to work. Same wireless SSID, on the same wired network. Can't figure it out.

i can't believe i am saying this but while sloppy in UI/UX, and confusing af in many areas, #Windows11 is absolutely the most secure operating system to leave redmond. i had no idea how comprehensive the changes have been since the #Windows7-era.

so far my installation on #steamDeck is going well. i think #baldursgate3 is actually improved over #SteamOS.

text rendering in Windows is nicer to read than SteamOS at the OS and extending into big picture. Controller Configuration isn't great yet.

I thought I had written off the idea of a #steamdeck…. Apparently not….

Also, it is hilariously difficult to get screenshots off the #SteamDeck when you're using a non-steam game. In this case, I play Palia on my desktop and use #moonlight to stream.

To get the screenshots off the Deck, I use #OneDrive in desktop mode. Pretty seamless, but I do have to go through a few steps to do it.

Rolled credits this evening on #SpiderManRemastered. Played the whole thing on my #SteamDeck. I intended to stream it from my PC but never got around to it. After I switched the textures to High it looked as good as the #PS4 version. I played with headphones so I didn't have to hear the fans going full blast, but headphones are better anyway! I'm not bothering my brother and I can hear the game better.

I'll play through the DLC which I didn't do on PS4 and then I'll load up #MilesMorales!
