Anyhow, I've been interested in studying iterative processes as #dynamical systems since I've bought #Sternberg's mind-blowing book.

In the first chapter he studied the #Newton-Raphson algorithm as a dynamical system (along with a proof of it's quadratic convergence rate), something that I had never seen or thought before. Needless to say, I'm a great supporter of #Dover publishing.
