Julycanthropy 2023 #4: Capwolf.

It's July 4th, and though I'm not American it's obvious that I ought to do something to tie in with Independence Day. So here's Captain America, circa the 'Man and Wolf' storyline by Mark Gruenwald and Rik Levins, in which Cap became a werewolf.

spending this #HolidayWeekend rewatching the #MCU in #TimelineOrder (thanks to #DisneyPlus). started with #CaptainAmerica and i’m struck by how absolutely pure a spirit #SteveRogers is and how flawlessly #ChrisEvans played him. #ILoveCaptainAmericaMoreThanILoveAmerica

Just saw someone say they were less interested in the #MCU now because it doesn't have #SteveRogers in it. I get that. #ChrisEvans was perfectly-cast and I couldn't imagine anyone else in that role.

That said, we got seven films with Steve and the mantle has been passed onto Uncle Sam. We've got so much good stuff coming, I couldn't imagine losing interest now.
