Zuerst einmal eine kurze Begriffsklärung. Ja, du kannst dich theoretisch mit #HIV, also dem Virus, anstecken. #AIDS (mit den ganzen schrecklichen Bildern aus den 80er- / 90er-Jahren) wirst du aber nie bekommen! Es gibt sehr gute und verträgliche Therapien, die dir ein normales Leben ermöglichen. Von daher: bitte einmal tief durchatmen 🙂

Deine Angst muss man selbstverständlich ernst nehmen, aber ich finde gleichzeitig auch, dass du ein bisschen über das Ziel hinausschießt. Sex und das ganze Drumherum soll schließlich Spaß machen und nicht immer mit Angst beladen sein.

Was du richtig machst: regelmäßige #STI-Tests! Dafür sorgst du, dass eine mögliche Infektion schnell erkannt und behandelt wird. Damit schützt du dich und deine Sexualpartner.

Vor einer Ansteckung mit #HIV kannst du dich auch aktiv schützen, indem du die #PrEP (Präexpositionsprophylaxe) nimmst. Die ist auch für Frauen erhältlich und wirksam. Sagt dir das etwas oder brauchst du hier weitere Informationen und Ansprechpartner?

Worüber man sich im Klaren sein muss: mit irgendwas anstecken - auch außerhalb von Sex - kann man sich leider immer. Das ist einfach allgemeines Lebensrisiko.
