Wrapping my mind around the USPS distribution system. It's fascinating!

Deciding that I don't need to understand the whole system, just the parts that are in my current study.

As new participants join, I'll figure out how they fit in the system then. Eventually, I might have a more automatic annotation, but I'm resisting over-engineering at this point.
