Achievement unlocked: new #autistic #stim - pacing

As someone diagnosed with #autism in my late fifties, I have spent 6 decades #masking without knowing.

For the last few years I've been trying to gradually take off the mask, but I have no idea where it ends and the "real" me begins. I also still have no idea what I do to #stim because it's been so deeply suppressed for so long.
