I'm not knowledgeable about satellites, I don't know to what extent the #EuropeanUnion IRIS² satellite constellation by @defis_eu can ensure a sufficient degree of autonomy from 2027. What I do know is that it's financed via an EU budget that will be renegotiated in 2027. Support for Ukraine includes voting in #Europeanelections2024

French president #EmmanuelMacron is begging #BRICS to teach him how to do #StrategicAutonomy in a multipolar world.

But they just won't.

So he has to find that out for himself.
