Strepsils must be declared a "noise nuisance". I wake up at 2am with a raging sore throat, I try to, quietly, take a Strepsil to ease the pain ......first getting the sheet out of the box is like rustling 20 newspapers and then, popping the cough sweet out of the sheet is like playing with a high volume "crinkly" toy.
I have not only woken my wife, my daughter and her partner.....but also next doors dog. I suppose it has distracted me from my sore throat 😀

Right now I’m super glad I work in an elderly building with a heating system built during a time where outside air intake was encouraged. Heat pumps out so high you HAVE to keep windows open. I’m still #masking. I’ve got a couple of small but powerful HEPA strength air filtering appliances.

Like, yeah, it’s because I’m #immunocompromised, but I’m also cognizant of respiratory diseases in general. I’m hearing about people with concurrent infections of #COVID, #RSV, and #StrepThroat!
