Anyone have this issue with #StubHub? We missed the email saying tickets we posted had sold. So they refunded the buyer, as they should, and we kept the tickets. Now they charged us the full selling price (over $1600)! Understand paying a fine but the full cost when no one suffered a loss!

Ticketmaster cancels ticket sales as their own scalper sites are unable to keep up with fans and buy tickets to resell at ridiculous prices.
