I'm an associate professor of higher education at the University at Buffalo. I'm a gender and organizational scholar who focuses on work/life issues for faculty, staff, and students. My two major lines of research focus on 1) dismantling ideal worker norms for staff and faculty and 2) understanding how federal policy and campus culture shape student-parents' success.
