LMAO. OMG, that is so true. Mom and dad would often bicker over that. Dad would eventually fall asleep in middle of a movie or such, mom turned it off or change the channel, and he would wake with the "I was watching that!"

This is not much an issue for me as I don't really suffer FOMO nor YOLO, but know plenty of people who do.
In fact, for a certain part of YouTube, card deck collectors making videos on "I need to save money but FOMO I need that deck (and I feel guilty, giddy, etc) is a whole genre of videos.
