The local skin #melanoma service is obviously really stretched 😬 They are prompt and excellent at initial treatment but I just got my “4 month” post-op follow-up appointment in the mail and it’s turned into a 9-month one. A thing that would make the world a little bit better - my part of it, anyway - is for someone to manufacture a bike helmet with decent built-in #SunProtection. It’s a beautiful sunny day here, so I cycled home wearing my practical but unfashionable outfit of a Legionnaires cap under my bike helmet. I stopped to chat to a local friend who was out walking - seeing me prompted her to pull her sunhat out of her bag and put it on. Am I an influencer now? 😆 #SunProtection
