Sorry, I'm out of here. It was a nice idea to start this #-place but these things can only work if, at the very least, a clear majority of those who post their writings, also engage with other writers, to favour and reblog posts, but most of all: to comment, to talk.
If that doesn't happen, these places are merely walls for individuals to leave their bit of graffiti on, and then walk on without looking at the rest of the wall.

Heaven on Earth

'The angels saw the daughters of men...'
"Not this time," God said; 'LetThereBe chemical castration'.
The ex sex pests were still insufferable though. Well, people did long for the Kingdom of Heaven. LetThereBe some of it.

It was Jack's turn to take the garbage out.
There was only the one angel, chewing on a cat's head. Jack cursed. The angel tut-tutted. Forget angels dancing on the head of a pin. Earth was now like a giant hedgehog teeming with them.

Well I hooked up a couple of hoses on the #Cougar and bought the 10 quarts of type F trans fluid, took a picture of a dead ladybug and now I'm on the porch with a beer and a joint.

Here's another #SundayStory. In another lifetime I worked nights in a Dutch hotel for the homeless. After work, I often went to a nearby bar, to have a few beers & decompress. Frouke (the bartender in the story) did work there - and though I haven't been to that or any other bar in ages, she and I are still friends.
The dream I describe (very briefly! Don't worry; I know other people's dreams are boring) I did have a few times as a kid.

The rest is made up. Enjoy.
