Like the restoration of the Zapruder film that captured the assasination of president Kennedy, I spent the last two days recovering a 60 year old strip of film. It is amazing how extremely cumbersome and expensive it was back then to capture four minutes of history of their lives. It is even more amazing how well they succeeded in doing that.The footage was shot so much more intelligently than today. Well yes and they were smoking a lot.
