#SuperShotgunSaturdays week 5!

DOOM (2016) is a very special game to me. Not only is the SSG here very good, it is also the game that kick started the return of retro FPS. This particular bad boy can be upgraded to fire each barrel separately, with penetrating pellets, and the gun has an absolutely devastating firing sound. Plus, the Slayer reloads it as good as he did back in the day!

I like how the quality of my #SuperShotgunSaturdays posts are increasing with each week. The ultrakill post used online gif converters and compressors, the Quake post used ffmpeg, but is 10fps. Future posts will be 24! Just need to figure out how to get smaller file sizes...

This week, you get the Double Barreled shotgun from the original Quake, in both it's regular AND Quad Damage glory. It might lack animation frames, but it is still a very good workhorse weapon, reloads crazy fast, and has the capability of gibbing enemies when on a Quad! Even Shamblers fall to this bad boy in the right hands

Being a #nerd is getting carried away by every little thing. I started preparing for the #SuperShotgunSaturdays post in the afternoon, got footage, then got distracted and completely forgot about it until 9 hours later. In the meanwhile? Kept getting distracted from what I was doing by another thing :P

#SuperShotgunSaturdays week 3!

This week I bring to you a rather odd shotgun. This blocky beauty fires "pellets" made of pure concentrated heat, has 2 variants, which can be hot swapped. One of the variants can overpump for extra damage, and the other can launch a heat-grenade, and.... YOU CAN PUNCH A PELLET TO BOOST IT AND MAKE IT EXPLOSIVE. Truly a super shotgun, very versatile weapon.

Week 2 of #SuperShotgunSaturdays

This time, we've got the Sawed-off shotgun from Blood (1997). Don't let the stubby appearance fool you, with a single-shot primary fire and a both-barrels secondary fire, this baby can cut down any enemy given enough ammo. Caleb also reloads it within 2 seconds, making this one of the most satisfying shotguns to use

I know I missed #SuperShotgunSaturdays this past weekend, and I'm sorry for that. Haven't been feeling too well, but I can promise it'll be back this weekend!
