UK govt is badly mishandling the strikes and misjudging mood of the country.

Legislating to enforce a “minimum service level” is meaningless unless govt provides adequate resources to enable #publicsector workers to do their jobs. 100% of ambulance drivers could be at work but if 50% of them are queuing at hospitals, even max service is crap!

Govt thinks it has public support *not* to negotiate properly because people don’t like #strikes. But it’s the PEOPLE who are striking! #supporttheNHS
