Stark contrast between the beautiful old town of #Szeged and the brutal reality of thousands still trapped in the #Balkans trying to make their way over the border to Hungary and then further west. It is through such systematic violations of #EU #law that the EU manages its borders. As most have already been in the EU (Greece or Bulgaria) and most eventually make it, it is not only brutal, but also pointless.
