Since I'm about to be fired from #TD Canada Trust, I'll tell you that their current direct deposit issue is because they don't give a fuck about compliance. They waste time and resources protecting incompetent management from scrutiny despite that management ignoring operational security.

I am currently being subjected to a bullshit investigation because I reported serious compliance issues to my DVP and to HR. I tried to report these issues to the people who could fix them. And they ignored me. So, I've filed complaints with FCAC, MFDA, IIROC, and FINTRAC.

In short, the management is taking shortcuts to get positive responses on customer surveys than doing the work that needs to be done and following the rules. This results in people accessing accounts and getting access cards without permission. This results in keys to filing cabinets with PII being atop the file cabinets in publicly accessible areas.

Seriously, if you bank with TD, get out.
