I used to teach a #regex workshop at almost every #thatcamp I attended, and I kind of miss it. It was short (45m), fun, and people seemed to get a lot out of it. Would there be any interest if I ran one online again?

I never managed to post an #introduction, so here goes.

I’m Tom Scheinfeldt. I’m a faculty member at the University of Connecticut, where I teach history of technology, digital culture, design thinking, and digital humanities. I also direct an interdisciplinary research incubator called Greenhouse Studios. I’ve worked on lots of things through the years both at @uconn and at the Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media at George Mason University, including #Sourcery, #THATCamp, and #Omeka.
