The #TNPDS project was estimated ~700 Crores and was supposed to issue Smart Cards.

The project had multiple delays and at the end, they fooled everyone by giving a plastic card printed with QR code and calling it smart card. #Scam @AdmkFails

PS:- Jayalalitha was out of office from 27th September 2014 serving sentence at Parappana Agrahara and returned to office only in May 23, 2015.

Hey @UIDAI - Don't turn aside and think you are not responsible here, remember its your data too, 2 Crore UIDs *and* access to infra managed by a vendor who caters at least 24 Crores Indians and their UID data. #DataProtection #DataLeaks #Aadhaar #tnpds
