If convergence of rhetoric at #TOCouncil around support for densification in neighborhoods carries through into the actual voting... maybe we should hold off on the "city in decline" rhetoric. #topoli

To be clear the proposal to commission a 2023 Housing Action Plan from staff should pass even without amendments. It's just that amendments would be helpful in making sure no unexpected "poison pills" find their way into the reports that come back in March.
