I watched the first ep of #TrigunStampede. I am very visually impressed. This is heavy work on the technical aspect. Tho, this is more pop-anime than I prefer. I also dont like the 12yo-looking Meryl. Some anime have been doing that thing where full grown women look like little girls. For no reason, I'm sure. It's not helped by her partner constantly infantalizing and patronizing her.

Pretty sure this is not my cup of tea, but I'll give it 2 more eps.

I am home from Delaware County NY with eggs from my sister, other storebought groceries, and 4 beautiful pots of dark red pelargonium, which my group chat have just started casually referring to as "the Saverems."

I was very happy with how this season of #TrigunStampede turned out. The OG anime has a special place in my nostalgia mind from my days in middle school, watching it on Cartoon Network. That was 20+ years ago. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the reboot, but it has absolutely delivered. This song is an absolute banger too.
