Probably too early to post this here, but yesterday we spent a long time discussing how to implement a #TWiCs strategy in an existing cohort; the main challenge is that the intervention is #SABR #SBRT and there is a large heterogeneity in tx strategies. So for example any dose escalation question is complicated by the fact that some centers already use a higher dose as SOC.
