Today was not my best day, so many issues at work.. not enough time etc but there’s always good things.

I have repeated yesterday's #TaiChi lesson, to make sure it sticks.
It does. For now.
Added another (small) move to my #TaiChi practice, and enjoyed reading up a bit more.
Yesterday was a good day. I was able to do #TaiChi in the park with our local group. I am struggling with more intense exercise but I can still do #SunStyleTaiChi #GrandUltimate

Today was kind of a wild ride.
1. I had to go to the gym super early b/c I forgot my shoes and didn’t want them to be stolen… (my gym isn’t maybe the coolest about shoes) and I got to have a delightful convo with my coach. He’s the best.
2. Went back to #TaiChi class. I don’t like the day class but it’s less expensive and I think I can make it work.
3. A friend invited me to the #Symphony ! Life is pretty ok right now.

1. Paid a bill that has been nagging at my peace of mind.
2. Had a very good practice of my TaiChi #BrushKnee movement everything after was trash but… small progress.
3. Ate reasonably - still trying to lose the weight gained when I was sick. Today everything reasonably healthy and had room for a “fun food”

1. I took my first #Taichi class and it was really good. I’m going to enjoy it, I think.
2. Used all my old #hospitaljob connections and got an appointment with a #Neurosurgeon to look at my upcoming MRI. I feel much better as I trust this person. It really shouldn’t take a bunch of texts and who you know, but such is the world.
3. Took care of my Library card holds.
