I'm with you there. I usually stubbornly persist on the default settings too - even with #roguelike / #roguelite. The only difference are #arcade games like #STG / #shooter genre, where I start at lowest and then go up as I get better in next replays.
How are you finding #TailsOfIron?
I'm currently in the last quarter of #XenobladeChronicles and really enjoying it. Just fell into a great plot twist.
