I have to say, the folks at the IRS Batch Efile support line are amazing. Call was answered promptly, the agent was helpful, and issue was resolved easily. Felt like I was in an alternate universe but I had to call back for something else and they were equally good! #TaxTwitter

@marcoarment I’ve seen some CPAs on #taxtwitter apply it to making some automated tools for writing responses to tax questions based on training from the IRS database but mostly it has seemed pretty silly.
