My brain just told me last night to discard my early plans for the first half of the last #tempestblades book and gave me a new script that is more emotionally gut-punching. If I follow it will be hell to fit with the current continuity and a rollercoaster for the characters.

I guess once you hit rock bottom the only way left is up.

Absolutely loved Wednesday the series and the character (although still not fond of these subdued Gomez and Morticia).

And Jenna Ortega became my favorite casting for my Samantha character from #TempestBlades. Which would also make Emma Myers the best choice for Gaby (given that the characters are close in age).

So, this is how the new #TempestBlades #coverart is progressing according to the last update quite some days ago by the artist. It has an X-men vibe to be honest. I like that. #fantasybookcovers

I think the theme for the last #TempestBlades book will be that having hope is the right thing to do, but it’s not enough without the will to get things done. In other words, you need to create your own miracles while the universe does it’s part. And I guess that’s why it will get a bittersweet ending.

ATM I’m starting the 4th and final book of my #sciencefantasy series #TempestBlades, while the 3rd book is with my publisher @TangentGeoff of Artemesia Publishing, for edits. The 3rd book will be released in June 2023. And this time I hope to have the following book ready right away instead of waiting a year. The 4th will be a #FinalFantasy esque epic if it was scored by #Epica 😂

#writinginspiration the myths and tales of the #Trickster #Raven play a huge role in the setting of my #TempestBlades novels, where the Trickster Goddess is an active figure, has played a role in history and has designs for the mortals. She is usually good. Usually being the key word.

I took this photo at the MOA_UBC and fell in love with tales behind the scene depicted by it.

Just saw the first proposal for the #coverart of "#TempestBlades: The Magick of Chaos" and I already fell in love with it. Salvador (the artist) is doing a fantastic job.

This #fantasy #book will be epic.

I started the idea of #writing #TempestBlades at the tail end of highschool- the start of college in 1999- 2000. First book got published till 2019. Second in 2021, third in 2023 and plotting the final one as we speak. Never given up on it.

#writinginspiration Vancouver is the main inspiration for the city of Saint Lucy, capital of the Emerald Island and one of the main locations in my #TempestBlades novels.

I took this #photography in December 2017, during a trip with my wife and the trip led to rewrite a couple descriptions on my first novel. That trip changed a lot when it came to my novel setting. And I love #Vancouver since then.

Had to share this #snippet of my #writing of my #TempestBlades 4th novel through an image because it couldn’t fit a toot. So #AmWritng on my phone note app before I forget the idea. Apologies for that.
