Todays #meditation insight: As soon as the opening bell rang (I use Insight Timer app) my shoulders relaxed. Like a Pavlovian response. And then I paid attention to how my breath filled my lungs. Yes of course I got distracted again and again - but kindly brought myself back again and again. #Teshuvah
