I'm glad water has gone tits up, it couldn't have happened in a better place, where it directly affects the heart of the capital. Reminiscent of the layer of solid shit on the river way back when in the 1800s when Parliament had to be closed and MPs moved to somewhere with "clean air"...which then resulted in massive works to install sewage pipes and freshwater pipes throughout London and environs. HAHAHA! History repeats itself tha' knaws because people fail to learn from past mistakes.
