1) #Pinterest and #Instagram, not more than 10-15 min., to partake of current stuff, and share memes with friends.

2) #Mastodon, twit.social local and federated feeds, then (lord help me) feeds of other instances via @tootapp: not to exceed 25 min. (I am DISCIPLINED.)

3) #TikTok, (the “following” feed):
could be awhile.

4) #TheBirdSite: 5 min. or so to keep tabs on the train wreck and block ads.

Surprise, surprise hate speach on #TheBirdSite has increased dramatically with racist hate speach up by more than 200%. In addition the accounts of #WhiteSupremacists and #NeoNazis are being unblocked. #ElonMusk's true colours are showing now and his claims to encourage #FreeSpeach are revealed as nothing more than promoting hate speach.

I agree with you. I think it is different and I have high hopes for the site. I hope it is different to #TheBirdSite as well, less threatening, less obnoxious and less moronic. I hope it keeps the community spirit too, a spirit I've never felt at the bird site. Yes, high hopes indeed.

I make that 24 entries so far making this the longest.. yes I already admitted above, only....conversation I've had on #Mastodon and far longer than any thing I engaged in at #TheBirdSite. Truth is over there at #MusksMadness, before now, (in my experience) somebody would have got all insulting and ruined the conversation. I'm grateful for this #community. I'll continue to try to reply to any additional comments here too. Thank you all who've engaged.

When he took over at #TheBirdSite, #ElonMusk made many people redundant. He then asked a no. of those people to return to work for him. They did and he just fired a lot of them the day before thanksgiving (saying their code was not up to scratch). Had they not returned they would have got 90 redundancy pay. Now they only get 30 days due to being fired. What an evil man 1/2
