Just finished The Great Race (1965) and, my god! Jack Lemmon is somewhere near peak energy here. I wonder if Paul Ruebens modeled Pee Wee after Lemon's performances here. Then there's Natalie Wood. She was always so attractive in her films, like something from a planet of superbabes. If you've seen the film, then you should recall the pie scene. Like a real-time painting. Edible art. Great film, even if only for the acting.
