I started watching the new season of #ShadowAndBone and I realized two things:

1. There's some superficial similarity to #TheBrokenEarth.
2. Combined with #BladesInTheDark, #Thief, #Dishonored, #CarnivalRow, #TheIrregulars and a few others I've come to what must be the obvious realization that I really like this quasi-Victorian fantasy genre. Not steampunk_ mind you which doesn't really interest me.

I might start exploring what I can do #ttrpg-wise with this realization..

this week. A very intertwined story full of surprises & rather a numbing conclusion.
Now onto #TheIrregulars 1st Ep makes this a very promising series, with lots of adventures ahead.

Now finished episode 3.

#TheIrregulars suffers the same issue as The Avengers when it comes to money but multiplied.

Instead of having a Tony Stark hanging around with loads of money without paying decent salaries around, The Irregulars are surrounded by wealthy nobles and clients who just pay them a few coins while they sleep in the sewers. 😅

My god, somehow I find the idea of #TheIrregulars second episode to have a "tooth-fairy" steal all the teeth of random children and adults more terrifying than the first episode's baby abduction. 😨

At least the babies found their way home.

The first episodes took a while to pick up pace but once it, boy it goes quite hard. 😯

Watching the last episode of #TheIrregulars They should have called it #VictorianThings because it's like #StrangerThings in Victorian London
