What do you do for a Bee or possibly Yellowjacket sting?🐝

That's the last time I weed flower beds! Nowhere near the Yellowjacket nest I know about, either. And ow! ow! ow! it hurts.😖

I haven't been stung since I was a kid, & I came into the house telling #TheKittehs that I hope I don't have a "flatulent" reaction! Then I thought, "Wait a minute--I think I mean "anaphylactic." 😂(Though, to be honest, I also hope I don't become flatulent.😬)

This is SO #TheKittehs! They act like big, brave, worldly felines...until the minute their little paws touch grass and suddenly they're like 🙀🙀🙀

Dreamt last night that I was in the car with my dad when he had his fatal heart attack. It was not pleasant.😭💔

Then I woke up with a terrible sinus headache that's just now starting to dissipate.🤕

But on the plus side, Rocky🐶 went home today, so #TheKittehs and I can get start getting back to our regularly scheduled routine.😴😴😴

In addition, our veterinary office is always calling to remind us to bring a fecal sample along to #TheKittehs' annual exams, but with four cats, it's kind of hard to tell what belongs to whom.😜

So yesterday, Tigger delivered a fresh one for them in his carrier.💩

Be careful what you wish for, right? 😆

Yay! Vet just called & all tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, et al) for Pippa (9yo) & Tigger (17yo) look great! Doctor's orders are to just: "keep doing what you're doing."👍

Changed my sheets and comforter around 6pm and made it all the way to midnight before one of #TheKittehs puked on the bed.🙀

It's been so warm lately, Harley melted.

Power went out for a few hours this evening, and since I hadn't slept very much last night, I decided to go back to bed. It would have been quite lovely if #TheKittehs hadn't woken me three times in four hours.😜

Do people without cats actually sleep through the night, do you think?

@JoanGrey I'm working on dish towels right now, but as soon as the order is filled, I think I'll try that. I've got a lot of yarn scraps I could use, too...since #TheKittehs won't care what color or pattern they are. ;)

I've been working on an afghan for the mother of a friend, and while I'm very happy with how it turned out, I sincerely believe things would have gone faster if not for all of the...um...feline assistance I received.😺🤪

TBH, #TheKittehs have been really good about not crowding the door or trying to sneak out ever since we moved, but they used to be terrible about it at the old house!
