@muffinbaer True, the old Gnome 2 desktop (I think MATE continues this concept now) was really good. That it is "too much" with KDE, I also thought all these years. But actually the basic settings are not that extensive to configure a great desktop. And then a few days ago Nick from the YouTube channel "The Linux Experiment" made a good video about KDE, which covers this topic.

Ouais, du coup ça revient à "choisir" en partie les chaines suivies par qualité des sponsors qu'ils s'autorisent à avoir.
Je suis peu de monde sur YT, #TheLinuxExperiment entre autres, et les sponsors ont tous lair cool, open-source et tout et tout. Je garde une image positive de ces boites même si j'ai aucune pulsion de leur acheter quoique ce soit.
Il m'a même fait decouvrir Startpage, que j'ai adopté du coup!
