I have been here, just spent the majority of the day lurking, with nothing much to say.

Haven't been reading much over the past few weeks either, so I'm still plodding through #TheMongoliad , at least I would be if I was reading.

I go through cycles, sometimes reading, sometimes not. It's not as if I have a lot of other things to do, I just don't get around to reading sometimes.

Weird... So I'm really flying through the #Heechee series, kind of glad I've only discovered them now since had I found them when I was within the age range that they're aimed at I'd have thrown them away in disgust.

To be fair Gateway isn't bad, but so far the rest have been a little too juvenile, so I would probably have not bothered reading much further than the second one.

As it is, with nothing better to do, other than #TheMongoliad to plough through, I'm motoring through them.

Which is my convoluted way of saying I'm currently reading the #Heechee series in MoonReader+ while also still reading #TheMongoliad in FBReader.

Just finished #Gateway in the former, actually.

Right that's all sorted out, my version of #TheMongoliad Book One now has the prequel, 'Dreamer', inserted into it, and Book Two has had that section removed.

Oh and I've managed to get the subwoofer in just behind the back cover, @gemlog (;*

Oh and I've just finished volume one of #TheMongoliad and am just starting volume two, skipping the prequel, which I might end up moving to the start of volume one, since surely that's where it ought to be.

Off to bed now, nighty night.

Can't help myself found #StandOnZanzibar as a .lit of all things, converted it to #epub and now, yet another book added to the pile.

Normal service, on the reading front at least, has resumed. Back to reading a few pages and then finding something else to do, then reading some more pages of #TheMongoliad

It's interesting, but not really all that engaging, or at least not engaging enough to make me forget everything else to read it all the way through in one go. Oh and did I mention it's a trilogy, so there are two more books to read after this one.

So, instead I'm going to be reading his other trilogy #TheMongoliad so by the time I get to #Reamde I'll have forgotten that I've read it out of order.
