A great book that we highly recommend is #ThePerilsOfUrbanConsolidation, the first few chapters are very dry and are heavy with data, however it gets better.

Anyone interested in #townPlanning or #decentralisation ought to read it, their is also a proper way to reduce #carTravel (hint: good publicTransport is half the story)
