Honestly, I'm 90+% of the time a GM, and I actually like spreadsheets, so especially if I'm GMing online I typically ignore the real sheets and make a spreadsheet version.

If there's one style of sheets I hate it's fillable PDFs. They never work right for me.

I guess 1 specific sheet I do love: I really liked the passport-styled character sheets from #TheTroubleshooters, which I already mentioned a few days ago as a cool product.

#RPGaDay2023 (25) Unplayed RPG You Own

Sadly #TheTroubleshooters seems about cursed over here. I've had sessions planned 3 times already that all fell through last-minute, leaving it unplayed still.

It's actually rare for an RPG to remain entirely unplayed in this household for long. I have a large collection of games, but I also run & play so many games that I typically experience at least 1 new game system a month.

I do have a ton of unplayed modules/adventure books through.

RPGaDay23 CatchUp (6) Favourite Game You Never Get To Play:

#TheTroubleshooters by Helmgast, a TTRPG based on Belgian/French adventure comics such as Tintin or Spirou. I really love the theme, and I like what I read when I go through the books.

I've had three sessions of it scheduled already, but 2 got cancelled due to illness and the third got cancelled because of timing issues. Guess I'm cursed when it comes to this game.

Weirdest #ttrpg #gatekeeping I've seen: I asked for more inspiration for the excellent #TheTroubleshooters RPG than just the Franco-Belgian comics it's inspired by.

Some guy said he grew up reading those comics and no one should draw inspiration for the RPG from any other media ... and also no one who didn't grow up reading those comics should even play it.

He acknowledged that meant he had no one to play with, but kudos on shooting himself in the foot with his own purity test, I guess.
