One of my favorites is:
Whose affairs are you dealing with?

1. Your own
2. Other's
3. "God's" or to your liking "Universe's"

It's very obvious that only in the first area you have room for influence and improvement.

If you deal with other affairs, you suffer.

Women belonging to the #GlobalMajority and working in dominantly #white spaces: how’s it going?
Becoming an #Antiracist requires #WIPIPO to understand that you *must* believe OUR EXPERIENCES. You do NOT get to decide what is & is not #racist.
Admittedly, #TheWork is messy, ugly, imperfect, non-linear, even tortuous. Do it anyway. Do it for you, your kids, whomever. Do it anyway.

there are moments when you know you're on the brink of something.

starting a new round of coding/writing, breaking into a new idea/topic, launching onto a new work/life path.

at each point, there's a chasm you must leap. it takes faith in your judgement, your assessment of the leap.

will you succeed in the crossing? when you do, will you be able to get back, if needed?

is it worth the risk?

is it already too late to change your mind?
