I've been thinking a lot about :mastodon: and #QueerTheologies of #mutuality.

According to such #theologies, the divine is found not above or over us, but WITHIN our relationships with others, including the #erotic. (See the work of #lesbian theologian #CarterHeyward.)

It feels like the #Fediverse encourages mutuality through the reciprocal following of others. By contrast, the #BirdSite encourages collecting a lot of followers without reciprocity.

So the queer divine is with us! #QueerAdvent
