@r_em_y @geerlingguy the only exception of 10" never being used is in AV gear, as those started with huge 19" mountable tube amps and nowadays still use that instead.
Personally, I do like 10" and 19" and a lot of "smol" desktops like the #ThinkCentre Tiny / #ThinkStation Tiny and #ProDesk Mini / #EliteDesk Mini fit neatly alone in 10" and 19" together...

A little searching indicates that it is common problem. There are settings in the bios that are supposed to help, but this particular model only has cooling and acoustic as the settings. it is already set for acoustic performance. 🤷♂️
