Don't think just because you are parenting a young human being you have the right to decide this for them. Don't ruin things for them. You have no such right.

This is especially disturbing among people who call themselves "influencers" and do commercial collaborations using their child in ad campaigns.

1. I don’t have to go to the super market to buy ingredients.
2. Taste good as they are just cooked. Better than delivery food.
3. Cheaper than going to restaurants and tastes better than some restaurants.
4. Comfortable to sit in my chair.
5. You will learn some technique and tips for some recipe.

I can be proud of myself for one thing as a parent. I used to borrow books for my kids from the library before Pandemic since my kids were small. Faithfully every two - three weeks…
About 10 years.

I started not liking to go to any restaurants since… 3-4 years ago.
Why? Because the seats are cold. Have to drive there in cold car. Uncomfortable to wait till food is served.
Rather stay home and cook a meal kit. I don’t like takeout either.
